IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR CORONA VIRUS

Hamilton Street Medical Clinic

Due to the spread of the COVID-19 we are requesting anyone who has:

  • Cold/Flu like symptoms
  • Recently travelled or been with someone who recently travelled, for example,  overseas or  Melbourne or in the hotspots as declared by Government

NOT TO ENTER THE CLINIC-please ring reception and we will organise a phone consultation with the DOCTOR

The Clinic may refuse to consult anyone who does not follow this protocol.

Good, thorough handwashing is ESSENTIAL.

Common symptoms include

  • Fever
  • Breathing difficulties such as breathlessness
  • Fatigue or tiredness
  • Cough
  • Runny nose and sore throat

If you have any of the above symptoms please go to the Wimmera Health Care Group COVID-19 assessment clinic in Read Street Horsham to be tested- no appointment is required.  They are open daily from 90.00am-12noon . Please remember, if you are tested, it is important to self isolate until you receive your results.

Masks-Required at all times

There are no longer any restrictions on leaving home

Public gatherings-up to 20 people outdoors

Visitors to the home-5 per household

Travelling within Victoria -allowed

Work50 percent capacity of workers allowed.
